"Got what I needed, but the site was kind of clunky"
I was ordering this while sitting at the kitchen table after dinner, so maybe I was already a little impatient, but the website felt slower than it should have. I did find what I needed without too much trouble, and the order went through just fine in the end. Checkout just took longer than I expected and felt a bit clunky overall.

It showed up really quickly — right on time, too. I haven’t had any issues with it at all, so overall it was a smooth experience.

I was happy with my order because everything looked and felt genuine, the quality was solid, it showed up in good condition with no issues, and overall it just felt like a smooth experience so I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Fast reply and no messing around"
I had a question about my order i don’t have much patience for waiting around, so I was expecting it to be a hassle. But they got back to me really quickly and had it sorted the same day. The person I spoke to was friendly, clear, and straight to the point, which I really appreciated. Very happy with the help and I’d use Salons Direct again.

"I had to send back a couple..."
I had to send back a couple of items because I’d accidentally ordered the wrong ones, which was a bit frustrating. Thankfully, the returns form was simple enough to fill out, and customer service got back to me after about a day, which made me feel a lot less stressed about it.
The refund took a little longer than I’d hoped, so I was starting to get a bit anxious, but it did come through in the end without any problems. It wasn’t a flawless experience, but overall I’m happy enough and would still feel comfortable ordering again...

"Usually well stocked, but a bit disappointing"
They normally have loads in stock and I can usually find what I need, but this time I was a bit let down. I expected the usual easy shop and left feeling disappointed.

"Takes Me Back to Stocking Up for the Salon"
Ordering my usual salon bits here reminded me of the relief I used to feel when I’d find a good deal after a long day behind the chair. The prices are fair, I saved a little on the supplies I always need, and the whole ordering process was easy with no fuss. Just good value and a nice little win
